I am Dr Lilith Brouwers, and like many people with ADHD I am a Jack of all trades. In addition to being an ADHD coach, I am a researcher and a trainer.
My PhD is in the field of Work and Employment Relations, and my research focus is on the experiences of marginalised workers – including neurodivergent workers.
Over the last 5 years of ADHD coaching, I have found that my passion is to support people in one-on-one sessions to build tools that work for them. My goal with coaching sessions is to show you that ADHD is the source of many of your skills, and for you to leave every session feeling confident about your accomplishments and plans.
I provide neurodiversity awareness and neurodiversity management training for businesses and educational institutions, in collaboration with The Work Inclusion Project. I also provide specialised hands-on training in neurodivergence friendly communication, as well as public speaking and networking training for people who find these skills challenging or who are shy.
If you are interested in me providing a training session for you or your organisation, please get in touch!
Research always informs the way I coach, and I am happy to delve into the literature on any topic that is relevant to our sessions. I know coaching is not a one-size-fits-all method, and so our sessions will always be developed based on your personal goals, context, and what you have going on in your life at that moment.

“Working with Lilith has been life changing. Perhaps most importantly, they’ve made me feel like I am not alone as I try to make some desperately needed life changes”
– Angela, United Kingdom

“I started the session super stressed out and with a very long to-do list. Lilith helped me prioritise and plan, and I left the session feeling relieved and ready to get started!”
– Thijs, The Netherlands

“Every week, we plan how to manage my time and get jobs done together which I would otherwise have put off forever. All of this is done with such warmth and calm.”
– Eli, United Kingdom
