Online ADHD Coaching

About
I am Lilith, an ADHD coach, trainer and academic researcher. I am based in London (UK), but I see clients anywhere in the world for online coaching sessions. I love working one-on-one with people to show them how to build a more positive relationship with their ADHD, and how to make it work for them.
For the last 5 years, I have been coaching people with ADHD, both privately and funded by Access to Work. I specialise in working with people who, for a range of reasons, fall outside of the norm in the workplace or in general.
I have worked with people in all kinds of work, including self-employed, artists and other creatives, academics, new entrepreneurs, and people who are moving into mainstream work for the first time. Whatever your journey is, I am happy to help!
Why ADHD Coaching?
I started ADHD coaching after years of informally supporting friends and family with executive dysfunction. I love helping people to feel in control of their to-do lists, calendars and spaces, and to find ways to celebrate and enjoy having an ADHD/ADD brain.
ADHD coaching can take many forms. I work with people on all areas of life: work, creative projects, housekeeping, interpersonal relationships, or anything else. The aim is to make obstacles smaller and your goals achievable. Together, we create systems and routines that work for you, set goals and priorities, get on top of your to-do list, and even finish that one project you have been putting off!
We also spend time on understanding how your brain works, and why some things are harder for you than for other people. Often, people with ADHD have very high standards or blame themselves for their executive dysfunction, and together we can build your confidence and self-care. Coaching is a no-shame zone, where you get to be proud of your accomplishments and feel energised at the end of each session.

Individualised support
Coaching can be adjusted to your personal needs, goals and challenges. Without following a formula, sessions will focus on making you successful – whatever that means to you!

Getting things done
Struggle with an ever-growing to-do list? Coaching sessions will help you prioritise your goals and tasks, helping you stay on top of your to-do list and preventing stress.

ADHD positive
People with ADHD have unique talents and skills. Coaching sessions emphasise your talents and celebrate your skills, while removing and shrinking barriers that you may have in your life.
